Ganache lids are perfect for wanting to give you sharpe edges and a very smooth finish every time. 

Amount: Set of 2 ganache lids

Using instructions:

Cover your ganache lid with glad wrap. 

Spread the ganache all over the lid evenly.  Line both the lid and the base up making sure the top and bottom are in line.
