1. Orders are accepted on the condition that prices to be charged are those ruling at that date of dispatch. Whilst every endeavor will be made to deliver goods on the date requested this does not impose any legal obligation on Cake Create to meet such delivery date. 2. Cake Create reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. 3. Faulty goods should be returned direct to The Cake Create within 14 days of receipt. Upon return to Cake Create the goods will be inspected and if found to be faulty, the goods will be replaced or credited at the net price paid. Liability for goods damaged in transit will not be accepted unless notification is made to the Sales Order Processing Department of Cake Create within 2 days of delivery. 4. We will not accept any returns of food products for any reason whatsoever. 5. All cake topper orders are to be paid for at the time of booking. No refunds or exchange for change of mind on custom orders. 6. Cancellation Terms for cakes : Fee of 50% to be applied prior to giving 7 days notice An amendment of the date is welcome prior to giving 7 days notice and would need to suit our availability. An amendment of the date would need to be for filled within 6 months moving forward. Cake Create may have had price increases within this time and would require you to make up the difference if need be.

Cake Create accept changes to orders made with 7 Days notice. All changes will need to be via email with the order number to be quoted within the email.

Cake Create reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at our own discretion and they will be effective immediately.
